I too shared coffee milk with my Nana when she would visit and I also think of it fondly. I also think fondly of the days when my new friends (Klover and You) had cars and would pick me up and take me to Miracles Cafe to have coffee and cheesecake. Or when they got a job at The Naked Bean and I spent so many hours there. Coffee IS an old friend, it's been a part of many special moments in our life. Is that sad to say? I don't think so. Erin you are one healthy mama and I think like a flexaterian, you can be a coffeetarian. Don't ever give it up. Drink it and don't drink it. You can do both. Come on Lady never say you will completely turn your back on our old friend again!

I love all these comments! Thank you! I actually read an article in my Runner's World this month touting the benefits of coffee and caffeine to the runner. I am going to follow the advice that you all shared and that I always tell my clients... Moderation in all things! ;) Thanks for reading!
